How To Shop On Asaniali.com

Simply shop the website and add the items you like to your shopping bag. When you are ready to place your order click the Shopping Bag link on the bottom left of any page. On the Shopping Bag page either log in, if you’ve previously purchased from us, or click New Customer Checkout and follow the prompts. You will have the opportunity to select your shipping destination and preferred payment option during checkout. If your purchase is a downloadable item, a link to your download will be provided once you have completed the checkout process.

Shipping Rates

Asani Ali has partnered with several shipping companies to provide you with fast and reliable delivery options. Your shipping rate will depend on the shipping option you choose, the destination of your purchase, and the total weight of your order.

During the checkout process we encourage you to provide us with your shipping address to receive accurate shipping rates for your order.

Delivery Time

Asali Ali tries to ship items the same day if the order is placed before 9AM Eastern Standard Time. The delivery of your item(s) will depend on the shipping option you choose. Most items shipped through the US Post Office are delivered in the USA within 1 week

Returns & Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please CLICK HERE to read our Return Policy

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as posters, music thumb-drives, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Asani Ali does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
